I have always felt passionate and curious about the body, and all the different ways it supports and makes us who we are. I followed this curiosity to the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy, where I graduated from their 600-hour program in May of 2026.

I believe that therapeutic touch can assist to empower innate healing systems, to find safety within sensations, and to welcome you home into your body (the one that cares for you so much!)
